    Dumbo

    As the fourth animated feature film for Disney (I’m skipping Fantasia), Dumbo just had to be the next Evangeline Files review.  While Dumbo himself is one of the most adorable characters Disney has ever created, I think, the movie does have some content that makes me more than a little uncomfortable; and I have to believe that my friends would agree, most especially my friends who are not Caucasian.  I would love to hear your thoughts on this Disney film!     Pinocchio

    As the second animated feature film for Disney, Pinocchio just had to be the second Evangeline Files review.  Pinocchio, I think, would be considered rather edgy today (for a kid’s movie)—I actually didn’t see it myself until I was older and had read the book on which it was based.  I would love to hear your thoughts on this classic Disney film!     Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs

    As the very first animated feature film of all time and the very first animated full-length Disney movie (they did only short films before this one), it seems only fitting to start the Evangeline Files with a review of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.  I hope others out there love this movie as much as I always have.  Whatever your thoughts, I would love to hear from you!
